Great video! Thanks. Would love to see a video explaining more about microgreens and how to grow them. I grow sprouts but have never grown microgreens.

When you harvest you microgreens, what do you do with the remaining pot of seeds, roots, and compost? Discard into the compost heap or do some sprout back?

I can eat my micro greens on day 5. They are about 2-3 inches tall and delicious!

Anyone know if, once microgreens are cut, the sprouted seeds are good to eat - or good for anything more besides compost? TY
GOOD VIDEO

But are the seeds the same or different? What I mean is do you use the same seeds just grow them different or totally different seeds too? (Because that would the forth difference lol)
