so you get used to out of dopamine state as regular,
demotivated but unwavering, with short bursts of motivation, but in downs not feeling like world crushing just going forward,
that's kind of how i imagine northerner living in cold climate mindset, or a pessimist Fin 😂
you don't mind going into cold water or being hungry while hunting long periods
but you don't learn very effectively as you can't do it with enough interest to code not so exciting things and not feeling milestones pushing you to continue cycle,
worrying is also good as dopamine is the carrot while worrying is the stick,
you are escaping from also pushing you forward, both keeps you focused and alert longer, noticing more, low stress fueling, helping you,
but big stress giving you diseases and makes old and weak fast, without direction you get depressed easily and you crave dopamine so you fall in addictions easier
when you are low often you don't crave highs so much, for better and worse
psychologically I would guess blindly after trauma warrior type getting disattachment or bipolar disorder while worrier attachment or BPD
