My name is Zara Beth (zeezee25 on tiktok) and I post videos about disability, neurodiversity and living with Tourette's Syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and Dysautonomia. Tourette's syndrome is a neurological condition causing involuntary movements called tics.

Im so glad to see this, I'm glad for you ❤ can I ask you about headphones? How effective it js for you? Or recommendations about ways to make it easier? Sometimes i get panicky if i cant hear things directly around me or feel that i can turn my head freely, or if anything might get stuck around my head or trap my head from moving.. do you have any tips about managing noise overwhelm, and sound barriers? I keep looking at those in-ear buffers, but I'm also scared of trying those, and theyre pricey, so I'm just not sure where to start ❤

If you go Manchester pride again you can sit in the accessible area, they have a specific sectioned off area that wheelchair users or anyone disabled can sit in and there’s loads of room. You don’t have to fight to see either. Me and my mum did it in 2022 but didn’t give enough time before the parade this year to make our way there. Every year on the map of the route it will tell you where it is xx
