That thing you are moving is a capacitive button. It needs to move since it needs to give the "clicking" feeling. Tesla build quality on the screen may be nice (is the only thing on the interior isn't it), but oh men... you should take a look at the pillars, doors, seals, etc. Tesla is trash.

Mercedes has craptastic build quality even on the S class. This is totally unacceptable. The build quality on an early 2010s Mercedes even a C class is so much better. People broke the touch pads while using it normally. Daimler corporation needs to get their act together.
