As a T1D as a teen right know I remember when I was little and my sugar was really low!! I was in my room with my mom and she jumped so high out of the seat and ran to needle me I never seen her run soo fast

I had that happen to me on Saturday. I went down to 2.0 (Canadian) so fast..my tongue goes numb and feel horrible. Some halloween candy helped.

Yeah, my boyfriend always says the first 24hrs of Dexcom change are rough. It was worst with the Freestyle though… it took 48 hours to set properly on him for some reason.

How scary for you and her! I really hope they can find a cure for child diabetes!! For diabetes period but if I was a diabetic and given a choice of curing myself and adult diabetes, I would give that gift to the children and wait a little longer for my chance! 😊

That difference might be because of a compression low. Gently pull the transmitter up a couple millimeters and jiggle it a bit. If the sensor is trapped in a muscle that should free it.
