#shorts #yoga Want deeper splits? Splits are a very deep stretch and require a lot of warm ups, stretching, and patience!
This is one of two stretches I recommend everyone does if you really want to master your splits. It is a low lunge and you can see how the back leg is in a similar position to a full split. Be sure to hold for at least five deep breaths, inhale and exhale.
Most people aren't naturally flexible enough to do the splits. It is something you have to work on. And you want to work on it every day. Don't avoid stretching because you think you are too tight. That is exactly why you need to be stretching.
The best split training routine is as easy as being patient and persevering...and not being attached to the results. Wherever you are in your splits progression is exactly perfect. If you're feeling it, you're doing it!
