Terrifying animals is not funny. If you find a possum in your house, and they look healthy, take them outside somewhere safe if you can (safe means no cats, dogs, etc sble to access). If you can't do that, leave them alone in dim light or darkness, with bananas, walnuts and purified water. Please don't pick them up or talk loudly around them; this guy has traumatized the possum. It's cruel. Call your nearest wildlife rescue if you find a possum in your house. This video contains what not to do.

Be nice to him and he'll be your friend and come see you every night if you put him in your yard. And he'll eat all the mice in your yard. They typically don't fare as well indoors.

It was a baby, those things will tear you up. My dog has gotten into it with a couple of them in our backyard and always comes back pretty messed up. He's a Great Dane usually kills them unfortunately but they scratch the s*** out of his face
