Just cracked open a can from the test canning run you did. You'd swear it's half the strength quoted on the can, a dangerous beer indeed. I was rather apprehensive about the flavour combination of rhubarb and lactose but I have to say it integrates beautifully with the hops. Head retention a bit pants but who cares it tastes absolutely fantastic! Cheers!
