Im Shure you can use a /spawn comand

so since food regeneration is slower in bedrock then hardcore will be harder on bedrock
plus the bedrock wither is harder on bedrock plus mobs spawn more frequently on bedrock

They need to introduce in both versions as well a way to turn off natural regen for the world. It's a command in both I believe but it'd be a nice thing to be able to turn on without cheats.
Basically let us do ultra hard-core without needing to do any commands
