Does that mean it's only a job if done for 8 hours a day.and you get paid for doing it.
But it becomes a vocation if you do it for free 24 hours a day 7 days a week 52 weeks a year .
Is there another profession that does a 24 hour shift for year after year.
Anyone that thinks housework is easy has never done it.

It's a woman's natural job. Being a mother that stays with her children. But it's not a real job in the sense of being home money to provide for the mother n child. A husbands natural job would be to hunt or farm build n protect. Just as a mother n wife natural job g would be to gather n nurture.

2. A task or piece of work, especially one that is paid.
So anyone who can read the dictionary and has gotten a paycheck should probably be saying that because it's true. Not a bit of that means that being a mother isn't important to so many people in so many ways! It's more important than going to some b***** job where you make some billionaire enough money to get his third vacation home, an otherwise inconsequential purpose. You let your egos get the best of you. Started marketing to you to make you feel insecure and it worked like a f**** charm. It was easy to destroy the family in America Tell the woman she's not important unless she has a real job and then when the other 50% of the population flood the labor force you can start paying your employees s*** because now the supply of employees is a surplus and the demand did not simply rise overnight. Due to this companies now pay us less to have both parents working than they did to have one working merely 2 generations ago. Isn't that cool! Funny how that works, You left the kids to go and work and now "the kids aren't alright"

Let me get this straight…
A maid is a job.
A cook is a job.
A babysitter is a job.
And a mom who does all and keeps her husband happy isn’t? I’ve never heard anything more stupid in my life. Working a “real” job is so much easier than a housewife/homemaker. All mom’s do is sacrifice for her whole family. First one up. Last one asleep. And never gets a day off nor a day to sleep in. Where’s the overtime?
