I've accepted the fact that I need about 30 minutes to "wake up", so I sit on my porch with the cat, sip my coffee (after i chug water first thing), and take it the birds, critters and my kitty cats.
Packing your food the night before and having everything ready to go really helps, too. Great tips!

Oh this is great advice. Thanks Lena. I feel our phones and social media affect our dopamine for tons of us. I’m still a morning person too. But I’m working on not watching YouTube at night for fun unless it’s for something to learn from someone like you. You’re one of the best life advice YouTubers ever and love your routine videos

I remember when I tried being a super early riser, setting my alarm at 2 AM, I had to set my alarm further away from me than just away from bed. I had two alarms go off, a regular one and my phone, and I set one in the bathroom and one in a place in the bedroom I almost had to search for it. I'd place it somewhere the evening before and not think about where I set it so it wasn't committed to memory. So I was definitely wide awake.
However, getting up at 2 AM everyday proved unsustainable for the long term for me. So I just went back to getting up between 4 AM and 6 AM. Varies through time of year. June I'm up earliest
