I don't understand how you can become carnivore and not feed your family the same way. Children do not deserve to be fed macaroni and cheese. Everything on your plate, you can give to the child, and the more they eat that way, the less they will think it's odd.

Don’t forget Sunflower Oil…that’s another bad seed oil. It’s in a lot of sauces…even packaged powdered sauces like taco seasoning.

Carnivore definition is eating meat and meat products, not including plant sources. So seasonings are not defined as Carnivore. On the other hand, we’re all different and have our favourites. Mine’s salt only. Thx Jenny.
