I remember when my mother bought a DVD of this movie for me as a surprise. I enjoyed the film a lot more than I thought I would!

My cousin had it on VHS. It was one of our favorites. Only later found out about how it was written and it's origins.

As a kid I loved the later 90s Heisei movies for the monster fights, but as an adult Godzilla vs Biollante has become one of my favorites in the whole series! I love its original story and how it keeps that darker tone that 1984 had.

This is a great one! Its biggest flaw are the scenes with English dialogue. The actors clearly are not comfortable speaking English and itβs very difficult to decipher what the lines are π

Every movie is someone's favorite. For me it had a cool Godzilla navy encounter. Not a huge fan of the Heisei design or era though. To be honest I fell asleep watching it on VHS when it was released the first 2 viewings
