I used this while doing one of your lessons. The position was bird of paradise and my hands can't reach each other but with a towel I can comfortably get pretty far into the pose!

Hi! Can you make a short guide on how a beginner yoga practitioner can transition to advance flows and techniques. Cannot find a simple guide. There are so many yoga flows and poses. And each pose has a separate variation that can be followed. As someone who is inclined to do yoga for lifetime i need to set a routine and something to learn every month... you seem like a person who can guide properly, pls pls make one..❤
