Itās an absolute tragedy that society will always stigmatize men that show any type of emotion or feelings. EVERYONE experiences emotions that are meant to be felt not buried. Can I just say that as a woman, we WANT yall to open up and share your emotional side. Holding onto anger or sadness is so toxic and only keeps you down. I truly sympathize with all men who are experiencing this. May you find the freedom to open your emotional side. Itās such a liberating experience that will allow you to grow. F*** what everyone else thinks. Do it to heal you! ā¤

I thought I was just being strong and keeping shit stifled down. Not talking about stuff. Turns out I was doing myself a huge disservice by keeping things inside and all it did was effect my mental health in a massive way. Itās taken years to get myself straight again.
Do yourself a favor and donāt keep things inside. Let it out. Deal with things as they arise. You need to heal from the trauma and move on before you can be your true self again. Or trust me youāll end up a wreck like I was.
Remember nothing is worth your mental health.

The worst one is is if the burden is something you did, and you canāt take back.
