The Avata is simply badass

What really matters is the view from the camera perspective, not so much his the drone is dancing around.
If the gimbal can compensate for the movement better than a fixed camera with another hover, then i'll take the gimbal drone any day!
Also to note is the drone designs have a LOT to do with how the behavior is different between these two.
Some say a gyro will help the DJI 4 calm down, which may be true, however history and physics shows that this "smoothing out" takes place by creating slightly more drift as part of the process.
Again, this is why heavier craft of the same design are generally more stable, and so are those with "weight" further out from the central axis.
Back in 1982 before we had gyros and automatic stabilization. We would put weights way out on the extremities, or even use large control rods with weights on them to help create a more mechanical type of stabilization experience, but the gyration forces were pretty extreme when you went to turn and wanted to stop as the rotational Energy caused additional stability issues in staying level and created a type of porpoising effect.
