So as the days get shorter in late fall, I make changes in my routine.

Like making sure to get sunlight in the morning to signal my circadian rhythm and eating more warm and cooked foods.

It just makes sense that if we want to feel our best and optimize both our energy and sleep, we should adjust our routines to the rhythms of the season.
