MRI CERVICAL SPINE WITH WHOLE SPINE SCREENING SUNICA DITARS Neck pain. TECHNIQUE: Multi-planar, multi-sequence, imaging of the cervical spine was performed. FINDINGS: Cervical sping Cervo vertit al junction is normal. The cerebellar tonsils are in normal locations. Posterior fossa structures are normal to the extent visualized. No evidence of Chiari malformation. Core shovis normal signal characteristics in the cervical region. Loss of cervical lordosis is seen. AC-C3, C3-C4, C7-T1: There is loss of disc hydration with maintained disc height. The disc contour is normal. There re significant spinal canal/neural foraminal stenosis ALCC: There is loss of disc hydration with maintained disc height. Mild diffuse disc bulge causing indentation of anterice toccal sac is seen. There is no significant spinal canal / neural foraminal stenosis. Spinal canal measures 9.5 mm in AP diameter. At C5-C6: Mild diffuse disc bulge with disc-osteophyte complex causing indentation of anterior thecal sac with narrowing of bilateral neural foramen. Spinal canal measures 9.1 mm in AP diameter. At C6-C7: There is loss of disc hydration with maintained disc height. Mild diffuse disc bulge causing indentation of anterior the cal sac is seen. There is no significant spinal canal / neural foraminal stenosis. Spinal canal measures 9 Exim in AP diameter. Modic type II changes are seen in superior endplate of C6, C7 and inferior end plate of CS, C6 vertebrae. Coin shovus normal signal characteristics, The vetearyl bodies show normal stature, alignment and marrow signal characteristics. The dis: con tour is normal. There is no significant spinal canal/neural foraminal stenosis. Lumbar spine screening: Cord shovis nornial signal characteristics. The sestean bodles show normal stature, alignment and marrow sigral characteristics. Mild diffuse disc bulge causing indentation of anterior thecal sac is seen at 13-14 and L4-L5 level. There is no siga cant so al canal/neural foraminal stenosis. Modle type it changes seen in superior endplate of $1 vertebra. (MPRESSION: Cervical degenerative disc disease as described above. Mild lumbar degenerative disc disease.
