I will show you everything they won't tell you when it comes to making lady fish cakes. Easiest way to descale it, fillet it, get the meat out of the bones and cook it. This is so good. I can't tell you how many people said to me they would NEVER eat lady fish and when I make it and tell them its sausage patties they absolutely LOVE it.
