An egg has less calories than an avocado and much more protein. If you’re “skinny fat” you likely need a more protein rich diet and to build some muscle.

Avocado is great but you definitely shouldn't cut out eggs. I think 1 hour of walking each day would make a big difference without changing diet.

Not sure why you got rid of the eggs. If anything, swap the rice/grains for the eggs. High protein and high healthy fats for the win! Eating like that will keep your sugar levels balanced while burning overall body fat

If u still feel hungry after eating dinner you're going to start craving unhealthy food or you're just going to start reach for unhealthy foods. I'd suggest you eat more protein based food, healthy fats and fibre that will fill u up. Eating the right amount of these 3 times a day before certain time will make u loose weight. U can also prepared a healthy snack or even eat some nuts just in case u need something to munch on and drinks enough water. Starving urself isn't good.
