Both are the sons of Imam Hussain AS, who were martyred alongside Imam Hussain AS on the day of Ashura.

On the day of Ashura, the 10th of Muharram, Imam Hussain AS, the grandson of the Holy Prophet of Islam, alongside his family, friends, and companions was massacred for taking action against tyranny and oppression. On the plains of Karbala, Iraq 1400 years ago. To this day the lovers of Imam Hussain AS visit his Mausoleum in the millions.

Notably, last year on Arbaeen, the 40th day after Ashura, 21,000,000, 21 million, lovers of Imam Hussain AS, gathered at his burial site, in the name of Imam Hussain AS. Arbaeen is the largest peaceful gathering in the world.

During the Ziyarat of Imam Hussain AS in Karbala Iraq, millions of piligrims also make the journey to visit other holy personalities in Najaf ul Ashraf, Kadhimiyah, and Samarra Iraq.
