Correct me if Iâm wrong, but I imagine this could be beneficial to you ONLY if you are aware of whether youâre getting a good rate or not, and whether or not the closing fees that youâre paying are in line with market rate. OTHERWISE if you arenât educated (or donât take the time to do so), a direct lender could take you for a ride.
