Coral Snakes are extremely venomous, and if I'm not mistaken, they quit producing antivenin a while back (due to the difficulty to produce along with the lack of profitabilit). That said, bites are very rare as Coral snakes are very docile, their fangs are very small, and they are also rear-fanged. The Coral Snake has to practically chew on a person in order to deliver it's extremely lethal venom, you pretty much have to be asking for it if you get hit by one of thede little guys...
