Dr Sandeep Inchanalakar was lucky to get to work with some of the legends in neurosurgery. And could learn the latest and the best of the neurosurgical skills. In his first year he worked with DR ANIL KARAPURKAR and learned all about neuro interventions, stroke management, subarachnoid haemorrhage, He was fortunate to perform 100 diagnostic angiography. In the second year he worked with DR C E DEOPUJARI, DR RAJAN SHAH, DR UDAY ANDAR. And then on worked with DR TUREL. He learned all microscopic, endoscopic, navigation guided, trauma, spine , A TO Z of neurosurgery in one of the top institutes and under top bosses. This was enough to start his own practice.

Dr Sandeep Inchanalakar attended lot of spine workshops of PROF DR RAMANI, to get hands on experience of spine surgery. Then DR C E DEOPUJARI workshop for hands on endoscopic brain surgery. PROF DR ATUL GOEL workshops to learn skull base surgery, AIIMS for microneurosugery workshops, did fellowsip at Jabalpur with DR YADAV to learn endoscopic brain and spine surgery, ETHICON microvascular course. I took almost all the efforts to learn all latest of neurosurgery to benefit my patients.

Dr Sandeep Inchanalakar did almost all neurosurgical operations in Kolhapur city, and worked in majority of hospitals in Kolhapur. Dr Sandeep Inchanalakar have performed many spine operations at several orthopedic hospitals in Kolhapur,Iichalkaranji, Gadhinglaj, Kagal, Islampur,Nipani, Gokak, Karad, Satara. So the working area was right from Satara to Belgaum to Gokak, thus covered wide area in and around Kolhapur.

Dr Sandeep Inchanalakar is the first neurosurgeon in this part to perform CAROTID ENDARTERECTOMY, ANEURYSM COILING , CAROTID STENTING, AND MANY MORE.
