I had surgery like this before too they ended up putting pins in my toes, I'd say after the surgery that's usually where it hurts the most but it benefits so much

It is crazy what is happening to your toes when a bunion actually starts...it's almost like the foot is re aligning to a weird angle and the bunion wants to become a new toe.
