Fibre and protein are the bases of a success fat loss diet.

Both of these nutrients are quite filling…

But on top of that, they will lead to you being in a greater calorie deficit vs if you were eating the same no. of calories but following a low protein, low fibre diet.

So, building most of your main meals around a big portion of protein and fruit/veg is a great idea

I didn’t succeed with weight loss and overall body recomposition until I started tracking protein and fiber. If I met those goals, I kind of naturally couldn’t eat over my calories - I was too full!
