フライス盤に取付けてから、ボーリング加工をしたら良いのでは？と思いました。この加工では加工物のバランスが悪いので、加工穴が楕円になったりしますし、何より危険だと思います。

If you must do this on a lathe, ( I don't know why you would over a mill) you have to counter weight it. This think is probably jumping off the floor.

You get an “A” for improvising if you don’t have a mill, but if you have many more jobs like this, I would consider a mill. The out of balance condition has to be tremendous.

Si vas a trabajar una pieza en esa posición …. Debes balancear el plato y la pieza….. pueden ocurrir muchos desperfectos …. Tanto en la pieza como en el futuro del husillo del torno
