In the lesson on the 6 stroke roll there's an exercise that consists of three 6's followed by a Paradiddle, which lands you on the lead with the opposing hand. I've found it really useful in terms of swapping leads in one exercise. Here's day one :).

How is the journey going?
After 26 years, i have decided to try the drumeo method and i’m still following the method but nothing completely new so far. I’m at 4.2 doing all the rudiments my french drum teacher didn’t know existed ^^

I have nothing but admiration for drummers – something I suck at so badly other people’s drumming skills get dragged down near me. So, at the age of 61, I just started learning piano – so I’m on the same journey with a different instrument, and I have learned to hate “Yankee Doodle” so much.

Is this still a part of the drumeo course? Or have you branched out to other instructions?

I'm on the same journey as you man, I play a bunch of instruments, never had a lesson all self taught but I'm now going back and really trying to tighten and hone my skills and your video couldn't have come at a better time as I am currently focusing on.... you guessed it... the drums!! Haha keep it up bro let's grow together
