If any JJK fan theorized that then they aren't JJK fans since they should know Yuji can't have HR due to being 50% curse and 50% human. To have HR, you need to deplete all cursed energy and I mean all of it. But because Yuji is 50% curse, he can't have HR since he's stuck permanently with cursed energy, thus being strong because of that 50% curse and 50% human mix
