There’s a Panda Express that does that near me, I believe they really just don’t care about delivery orders. There’s another 30 minutes away that always has the orders ready for me when I am near it.

How do you manage delivering for two different services at the same time? When I do Uber eats it’s almost always constant back to back orders coming in, idk how I would have time to also do DoorDash deliveries in between

I mean they should prioritize customers that are actually coming in the store i worked at a place that was always busy if we got a really big order or to many small ones i would just shut the system down and not let them order togo for apps if they tried to come in

Restaurants make the mistake of taking on doordash/grubhub/Uber eats orders, but they don't upsize. They don't hire more people and they don't buy more equipment needed to take on the extra work. The on their super busy days they're extremely swamped with normal customers all while 50 mobile orders come in and you're fucked.

Dunkin donuts is like that here. It always takes FOREVER so I blacklisted it. Thankfully the Panda Express in my zone is super fast.
