Theres a sidewalk on the right side of the camera footage, right in front of the house, and the lane where she's riding is marked as a bike lane in the beginning of the video. Which for some odd reason looks like a sidewalk, and is probably why the driver was confused.

Driver is on the wrong .cars are not suppose to block sidewalks by parking there.how can this driver argue with that .and not acknowledge that he is wrong
