O.M.G.!!!!! BEAUTIFUL sweet potato harvest! I've been harvesting my leaves and wilting them down with basil and garlic. DELICIOUS!!!!!! I make a pot of wilted greens then flash freeze them in individual mounds, freezer bag them then add into dishes or as sides of meals during the year while waiting for the potato harvest.😊
