Dag. Goid save. Excellent presentation. People drive drunk & fly tipsy all the time. This dude was incompetent instead of just over the limit for safety. He couldn't talk. He couldnt say who he was on mic. ATC delivered a grand stall preventing unknown number of deaths from a crash that was highly likely.

Yup. Sad incident in Kotzebue Alaska.
Nice guy. We all liked him.
He tried to fly after 11pm after ATC closed up. But the sweet Eskimo lady who cleaned heard the radio and become distraught. It was hard for her because the pilot was generous and helpful.
Alaska State Troopers came. You know the rest.
We all felt bad because he was so helpful to the village
