If you live in dangerous area, fire, tornado and flood. Build a circular tower home out of steel and concrete. House will last, takes less material for same floor space. Curved walls feel more natural. So many benefits.

I would like taller ceilings, but I am so glad we got our house before someone converted it to an open floor plan. I do not want my kitchen in my living room/dining room. In fact, I lament the fact that there are no doors to shut off my kitchen completely. Clearly whoever came up with the the open floor plan never had kids. Also, I hate LEDs.
