How much shit goes into the cavity from this method of laying? I can see a lot falling out of the perp and bed during every brick you lay using pick n dip. Which means it's happening on the back side of each brick you lay as well. Going down cavity, building up on wall ties etc

And this is why you should never by a new build.all subbies on price that are more interested in earning outrageous amounts of money than providing a quality finish.a house built by independent builders who care about their buyers and are directly accountable for any future defects are the way to go.
