Adding baking soda and vinegar at the same time doesnt do anything. You're just neutralising the acid with the base being baking soda. Its the ice bath that's helping

I had great success on easy peel eggs with an electric egg cooker. It was like $15 on Amazon and whether i choose soft or hard they always come out great so long as i place them in the fridge as soon as the cooker shuts off.

To make it super easy to peel eggs just give them a tap on the counter until it gets a slight crack in it then boul rhe way you normally do and i promice the shell will just come off so fast and easy
