Iâm Norwegian and donât think Iâve been to half these places, though I live like half an hour away from the center of Bergen(Bryggen, Fisketorget(is it called that in English? I wouldnât guess so as I donât think itâs the ACTUAL name, just what everyone calls it) etc) but yeah, also, 17. Of May is a fantastic day, and the favorite day of many Norwegians, as itâs the national day, and if you go to Bryggen around 10(am) itâll get really packed, all the time to around 2-4(pm) because then thereâs marching bands, schools, kindergartens, theater groups, Russ(thatâs something we have, itâs pretty fun, and 17. May is the last day they are Russ) going in a human train (?), and you can collect Russ cards, which comes in all different colors!đ
