I've experienced this first hand. I've learned after successfully losing weight and gaining it all back plus more, that I need to make my mental health a top priority as I do my physical health. One impacts the other!

I used to watch your videos years ago and then I stopped. Yee I'd def agree! I binge eat a lot when I'm sad or stressed. what's really helped me to not be so hurtful to myself about my weight is realising that my weight and mental health are linked. If I work on the latter weight loss will probs just happen and also I'll be stronger, so actively trying to lose weight will be easier

plus is the mean time, being chubby is okay y'know? Its not what I want but its a beautiful way to be for those that want it~

Very good! I agree with you. I've recently been eating cheese danishes and drinking soda, way too much sugar. Our minds play a role in what we choose to eat

Dani, I agree...if you're feeling sad or upset it does manifest on your body. You start eating the heavy, rich foods to fill an emotion.

I watch Dr Eric Berg too. Yes listening to him and you, yes, about real food. Healthy food makes you feel enegerized and processed food makes you feel sluggish. Healthy food that spoils quick is the key
