Knowing and understanding your boundaries is essential for advocating for yourself in your relationships with others.

If you don't know your wants and needs, anybody you date will run into them. They most likely won't do it maliciously, but it can still be hard to feel fulfilled in relationships if your wants and needs are routinely neglected. And that's true regardless of how many people you date.
