Never thought it would be the easiest kababs to make. All the ingredients are easily available. You should try making these at home as a quick starter.

Hara Bhara kebab is a kebab mainly made of spinach with an optional addition of other greens such as mint, capsicum, French beans, green peas, etc.

Let’s Cook –
Preparation time: 30-35 mins, Serves: 2 (8-9 kababs)
Ingredients -
Palak – 1 Bunch
Paneer – 100 gms
Potato – 1-2 (boiled & mashed)
Roasted Besan – 2-3 Tbsp
Roasted Oats – 2-3 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
Cashews - 15-20 split pieces
Garlic Cloves – 5-6
Green Chillies – 4-5
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ½ Tsp
Chat Masala – ½ Tsp
Amchur Powder – ¼ Tsp
Pinch of Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Method –
1. Wash spinach leaves to remove all dirt. In a deep pan boil water and add the spinach leaves. Stir for 2 minutes. Remove the leaves and dunk them in the cold water till completely cool.
2. Squeeze the leaves and add them to a grinder along with garlic cloves, cumin seeds & green chilies. Use a dash of water to grind it to a fine paste.
3. Transfer the blended paste into a large mixing bowl & add all the other ingredients. Mix well.
4. Take a small portion and make a small kabab. Garnish with cashew.
5. Deep fry the prepared patties into the hot oil. Fry on medium hot oil, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve Hara bhara kabab hot with sauce.
