My father was orphaned as a baby in pre war Hungary. His life as a child started off hard. He was eventually adopted but lived in relative poverty through the war. Then became a young adult under the damned Communists post WWII.
Saw the death and misery of the Hungarian Revolution, to escape with his adopted brothers and sisters to Canada.
Here without so much as a train ticket and $5 he worked his way to be a productive citizen and family man, providing with my also escaped from the Hungarian Revolution mother a good, fair and loving life for myself and my siblings.
This woman figures it would have been better for my father to have been aborted because he did not get a quote unquote good life as a child. 🤔
