The design of the weapon is very brutish and savage. But the GS in monster hunter is the exact opposite. It's a weapon designed for the cautious and calculating. It's an elegant weapon despite the weapon itself lacking elegance. Dual blades are far more savage. Ruthlessly slashing at the enemy constantly. Almost mindlessly. You don't need to think. There is just cut. Hit the monster, and cut. Cut until every last inch of the beast is riddled with holes
