Oh man I'll be honest the crowd moving left/right despite how well coordinated with the music they care, gave me intense anxiety. I almost got strampled in a crowd crush at a concert from everyone suddenly moving all to one side. I'm super short through, guy in front of me had jumped up, landed with his elbow to my face knocking me almost to the ground (crowd too dense to actually hit hte floor) when everyone started moving. Guy behind me realized what was about to happen, grabbed me by the back of my shirt, and dragged me along with the crowd to keep me from being trampled. once everyone stopped moving he helped me get to my feet. Rando dude saved my life, and probably doesn't even remember it. But to this day I can never enter a mosh pit again. I'm terrified of them and seeing the crowd move here just made me go "oh hell no" I'll enjoy from a distance lol.
yes I am aware this is 100% a ME problem and most mosh pits are just dense but safe
