Dr pal I came to the medcomshow I met you that day my hand was broken I asked for sign.After that day we had English exam and we had letter to the editor and the topic was nutrition and balanced diet I wrote everything I know and what you teacher and at last I wrote 'We also need to invite Dr.Pal to the schools and keep medcom shows to make everyone's belly fat go away😂😂😂

I kept explaining this to my parents but they would never listen and i had give up and then i noticed that i was getting slightly overweight when went to hospital due to fever. As i noticed it i started to explain it to my parents in a more "professional way" and they started to understand although not for long 😅. I am 14 right now and am not overweight or underweight.

Not accepting more food means that u hate ur parents or that u don’t like their cooking
That’s a very wrong assumption
The worst part is samosas, deep fried savories, sweets which were a rare thing have now become common
Add to this pizzas burgers fries coke
No wonder it’s causing obesity
When I eat one extra idli I don’t feel heavy but if I eat one extra slice of pizza it definitely feels heavy.
Edit - pouring too much butter/ghee on dishes to make it richer nowadays is another problem.

Good information Dr.Pal. Parents should understand this and they keep on feeding the food continuously and forcing them to eat more
