Or... instead of just replacing everything just in case... what about replacing the fuse and actually testing the current going to the blower motor so that you don't replace parts unnecessarily

in regular hvac if a blower motor is over amping it will because of the motor bearings or the capacitor. and thats really the only way it will happen and either way you really should just change the motor out at that point. the amp draw will go down drastically if the air filter or if something is blocking the air flow or if you take the panel off just the opposite of what most people assume.
