🤣🤣🤣 I work in construction. What on earth DID happen? 😂 Not only was the Empire State on time, but it was on budget too. That's because the construction team knew exactly how it was going to be built, down to the amount of screws it would take, BEFORE construction even began. They were extremely prepared. That's what happened. Nowadays projects are rushed to start construct

One issue we have is non productive office people that have to have their hands and their say on every aspect of a project and the situation is exacerbated by the fact that incompetent managers are involved with no consequences for failure or waste. Oh, and let’s not forget the accountants that try to get a thousand dollar job done for a hundred dollars and end up spending ten thousand dollars to fix or compensate for the thousand they should’ve paid in the first place.
