I have learned to hate humans they are totally unpredictable. They throw pallets on the ground. They shoot fireworks in the air. They yell and scream when they are right next to you. People who have no hearing loss/ tinnitus certainly donβt play by the same rules. Someday I plan on exploring deep remote areas, where I can be free to listen to to the birds π΅

Totally agree out in the park listening to birds is great.
Im now at stage 4 in habituation.
Tinnitus im living with without disturbing me.
