As Iโm a driver, there are usually cameras in all the prime vans. They only record when it detects youโve rolled through a stop sign, if youโre speeding, or not paying attention on the road. Otherwise itโs off. So yes this could be done. He also could be in a van that doesnโt have a camera in it yet
