Ingredient List:
2 Lbs of 90/10 Ground Beef
1 cup of Bred Crumbs
2 TBLSP of rub - We used Ring the Bell and Tipsy Mushroom
2 TBLSP Ketchup
2 TBLSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 Med Onion Chopped
2 Cups of Chopped Mushrooms (medium Chopped)
1 TBLSP Olive Oil
1 TBLSP Minced Garlic
1 1/2 Cups Grated Swiss Cheese
1 8oz Stick of Cream Cheese
12 Slices Swiss Cheese
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
1. In a saucepan add garlic and oil.
2. Bring to medium heat and add onion
3. When onion starts to soften (about 2 min) add medium chopped mushroom
4. Cook for another 2-3 min or until softened
5. Remove from Heat and let cool.
6. Mix Hamburger, Rubs, Ketchup, Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.
7. When mixed ad 1 cup of bread crumbs and mix with hands
8. Divid HB into 12 portions/balls
9.Spray Muffin cups with non stick spray
10. press Hamburger into muffin pan forming a cup with the same thickness on the sides and bottom.
11. Mix grated swiss and cream cheese until a solid ball.
12. Divide into 12 smaller balls and again press in middle making a smaller cup.
13. Spoon in mushroom Onion Mixture
14. Cook at 400 for 20 Minutes
15. Remove and cover cups with Swiss cheese slices
16. Cook for another 5 minutes
17. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
