I just read the original valmiki version and I am just baffled by the number of lies that was fed to me. I am 22 years old and never did I know that Sita was forced to prove her so-called purity untill her final seconds. What kind of principles is it teaching to the people? Atleast Krishna scolded pandavas regarding their flawed ideas about Dharma and I highly appreciate that. In the name of dharama, Pandavas let her wife down in front of bad people. But nobody questioned rama's failure as a husband. 🤷♂️ I am extremely disappointed
